Privacy Policy

1. What this covers

This policy covers information collected through hardrrx.com. It does not cover the merchant's checkout, the medical practice or the pharmacy. Once you follow an order link you are on a different website, and that site's privacy policy covers everything you enter there, including your health information and payment details. None of that reaches us.

2. What you give us

We only collect what you choose to send. That means an email address if you sign up for our mailing list. We do not ask for your medical history, your prescriptions, your date of birth, your Social Security number or any card details anywhere on this site, and we do not want them.

3. What is collected automatically

Like most websites, our server and analytics tools record technical details when a page loads: your IP address, browser and version, operating system, device type, screen size, the page you came from, the pages you viewed, and the date and time. We use this in aggregate to understand traffic, fix problems and improve the site. We do not use it to work out who you are.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. Some are needed for the site to work. Some are analytics cookies that count visits and show which pages get read. Some are affiliate tracking cookies that record that you reached the merchant from this site so any commission is credited correctly; these usually last a limited time.

Your browser lets you block or delete cookies, and analytics providers offer their own opt-out tools. Blocking cookies may change how parts of the site behave. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where our systems can detect them.

5. How we use it

To send updates if you asked for them, to measure and improve the site, to credit affiliate referrals, to spot fraud and security problems, and to meet legal obligations. We do not use it for automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

6. We do not sell your information

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as California law defines those terms. We share it only with service providers who handle it for us under contract — our web host, our email provider, our analytics provider and our affiliate network — and where the law, a court order or a valid government request requires it, or where it is needed to protect rights, property or safety. If the business were sold, information could pass to the new owner under these same commitments.

7. How long we keep it

Mailing list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in de-identified aggregate form. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then rotated out.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to have mistakes corrected, to have it deleted, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to be treated differently for using any of these rights. California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, and several other states have similar laws.

To use one, email CustomerService@hard.health with "Privacy Request" as the subject. We verify through the email address on file and reply within the time the law allows.

9. Security

The site runs over HTTPS and we take reasonable steps to protect the small amount of information we hold. No method of transmission or storage online is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Because we deliberately do not collect health or payment information, there is very little here to be at risk.

10. Children

This site is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you think a minor has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

11. Do Not Track

Browsers vary in how they send Do Not Track signals and there is no agreed standard for responding, so we do not act on DNT headers. We do act on Global Privacy Control signals where they can be detected.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. Any significant change will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
